Charles Paquette is a seasoned IFBB Pro bodybuilder from Montreal, Canada, with over 15 years of experience in the fitness world. Starting his training journey at 13, Charles was mentored by his stepdad, a bodybuilder, and grew up in a disciplined household. His passion for fitness led him to compete in bodybuilding competitions, earning his IFBB Pro Card in 2019.

Alongside his competitive success, he’s also a certified personal trainer with NASM, helping clients reach their fitness goals through customized coaching. With a history of dedication, perseverance, and expertise, Charles is now preparing for his next show to qualify for the Olympia and offers programs tailored to individuals of all fitness levels.
