The classic push/pull/legs program. If you’re looking for something effective, efficient, and easy to auto-regulate, you’ve found it. Be ready for plenty of frequency, plenty of volume as the program has been crafted to help you shred body fat - intense training that includes target sets, reps, supersets, dropsets and tempo to help you get in shape.

With the 5-day push/pull/legs split, you’re dividing your training across FIVE days, rather than four or SIX. I don't do 3 day workout programs as 4 days of training is the minimum to get optimal results. 3 days or less won't make a significant change in your physique.
Let me warn you straight up, it’s not an easy workout but ‘easy’ won’t get you results.
