I offer the diet plan, workout program, supplementation guide, cardiovascular plan and bi-weekly follow-ups via Skype / FaceTime or in person if you're near Montreal, Qc, Canada.

Once you buy the package, I will personally send you the questionnaire from the "EliteTrainr" or "Fitlog" app that you may download right away. From there you will fill out two questionnaires; one that about you and your training experience etc. and the other will be your food choices so that in your diet plan you only have foods you love.
From the"EliteTrainr" or "Fitlog" app you will have direct access to all your plans from A-Z.
You will also have to upload you bi-weekly check-ins on the app as well, you need to send at least the pictures (front-side-back), tape measures and your fasted weight from before you eat, the morning of your check-in. From there I will be able to update your plans for continued progress.
